Nicole Mody is an Indian pâtissier and writer.
She is an explorer by nature, a mentor by choice, and experimental with flavours and food.
Nicole is a firm believer in keeping creativity at the heart of her work, whether at the helm of events like the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival, being a part of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, or being on the jury of Living Foodz Epicurean Guild Awards. With every endeavour, she explores ways to express herself. She enjoys curating culinary experiences and has done the same for the Isuzu X Food Festival. Apart from being a twice published author, Nicole mentors budding writers, helping them shape their ideas.

Comida in Portuguese means food. But for Nicole, Comida is a verb,
an expression,
and an extension of her worldview through the lens of all things food.
Comida World is an adventure, one where she indulges her imagination.
It is a collision
of unusual flavours that may contradict each other on paper, but they always
compliment the other on the plate.
Simply put, Comida is not your usual confectionary.
