From being on the Jury of the Living Foodz Epicurean Guild Awards to being at the helm of the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival, Nicole's love for food and flavour has taken her places and seen her accomplish wonderful things.

She is actively involved at every end of the culinary scale. She's shared the stage with Chefs Ranveer Brar, Rahul Akerkar, Sanjeev Kapoor, noted names like Vir Sanghvi and Kunal Vijayakar as she has scouted across the country to give budding chefs a platform to showcase their potential.
